1、Assisting Regional Manager on administrate activities;
协助大区经理处理行政事务
2. Regional monthly sales report and marketing analysis
区域每月销售统计和市场分析
3. Support team management and team operations
支持团队工作日程安排及会议组织
4. Co-work with other Departments and support sales and improve customer service
跨部门支持和协作
5. Follow up regional project team expenses, and reimbursement transaction processing
跟进区域项目团队费用,及报销事务处理
6. Support team meeting scheduling and organization
负责供应商订单管理,预提付款流程
Basic Requirements of the Job基本任职资格:
1. Proficiency in both spoken and written English;
熟练掌握英语口语及书面表达
2. Good command of MS office software application;
熟练应用微软办公软件
3. 2 years' above working experience in a similar function.
相关领域2年以上工作经验
4. Team spirit, good communication and cooperation skill
