Job responsibility:
1. Implementation of OPEX standards at value-adding, material flow, information flow and management level.
2. Implementation of OPEX standards according to the seven-steps model.
3. Support of the global OPEX structure in monitoring FVP/training and consulting.
4. Preparation of global OPEX workshops/trainings/events according to the production system.
5. Qualification and training of the value stream area in terms OPEX splitted up into core processes.
Job requirement:
1. Technical studies with focus on management & production engineering.
2. Well-marked OPEX / Lean skills.
3. At least 2 years of relevant business experience necessary.
4. Corresponding previous experience as a department head or team leader.
5. OPEX experience at plant level
