The Fansland core team has held more than 500 large-scale concerts in the past, with an influence of more than 1 billion fans. We have also built fantopia.io, the largest NFT concert ticketing platform in Asia.

主要职责:
1、核心目标为对增长指标负责、对营收负责，合理利用公司内外部资源，为公司创造长期可持续收入;
2、负责拓展区块链/数字加密行业的资源，制定以效果为导向的拓展计划，建立渠道合作资源库;
3、负责拓展商务资源，完成商务拓展，品牌合作，资源互换等相关
3、通过数据分析、用户研究、借鉴不同行业新出现的增长方法论或模式，持续迭代优化拉新及转化效果;
4、通过对行业、竞对了解及分析，为团队提供有效性的建议，包括但不限于产品、活动、管理等有利于业务发展的建议，且能落地实施。
